3. Subscription, Billing, and Access

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limitation of access until payment obligations are fulfilled.

Your use of 8Planner is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant 8Planner permission to process data solely for providing, securing, and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that data entered into the platform is collected and processed with appropriate consent and legal basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and design elements of 8Planner are owned by or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the service.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. While we aim for high availability, 8Planner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8Planner and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if there is misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use 8Planner ends immediately.
